Frontier AI Services
for Enterprises

Services that scale like software.

Applied AI Consulting (AAIC) combines advanced AI models, expert engineers, and reusable platforms to build, integrate, and operate your business workflows.

Start with a 20-minute AI Opportunity Session.

< Why AAIC >

Advanced models.
Practical engineering.

AI is useful when the workflow works. We connect the models, systems, and people needed to run it.

See our delivery work

Built around the work

Start with the business process. Connect agents, knowledge, and tools to a useful outcome.

Controls in the build

Scope permissions, evaluation, human approvals, and audit trails before production release.

Platforms behind the team

GTAF and OpsRabbit give our engineers reusable foundations for orchestration and operations.

Engineers through delivery

AI, data, application, cloud, and quality engineers, with clear delivery and support ownership.

What we help you deliver

Useful AI takes more
than a model.

Connect the systems. Handle the exceptions. Put engineers around the result.

01

AI workflow engineering

Connect agents to your data and applications, with permissions, exception handling, and human oversight.

03

AI-assisted managed operations

Put engineers and OpsRabbit-assisted investigations around CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, ITOps, and FinOps.

Explore managed operations

Start with the work

Where is your team
doing the heavy lifting?

A few starting points across business and technology. Each workflow is scoped to your systems, users, and controls.

Business operations

Less collecting. More completing.

Connect documents, business rules, and approvals to the systems where work gets done.

Explore business use cases

Documents and reporting

Extract data, validate it, assemble reports, and route exceptions for review.

Manufacturing workflows

Quote generation and video-based quality inspection on OpsRabbit, scoped with engineering review and acceptance criteria.

Conversational ERP

Request approved record updates or travel workflows through chat and WhatsApp, with controlled system actions.

Sales and marketing

Make your CRM work harder.

Salesforce and HubSpot expertise, connected to the way your sales and marketing teams work.

Explore CRM and revenue workflows

CRM setup and customization

Configure lifecycle stages, fields, permissions, routing, and handoffs around your sales process.

Connected sales workflows

Connect account research, follow-ups, and CRM updates, with review before outreach.

Campaign operations

Connect campaign data and automate repetitive performance reporting and team handoffs.

Products and support

AI inside the product.

Help customers and employees complete useful work inside the tools they already use.

Explore AI product engineering

Agent assist

Retrieve knowledge, suggest responses, and prepare context-rich handoffs for support teams.

Enterprise knowledge

Answer from permitted sources, with citations, feedback, and escalation for uncertain answers.

AI-enabled products

Prototype with users, then engineer the integration, evaluation, and release path.

IT and cloud operations

Give engineers more leverage.

Combine managed engineering support with AI-assisted investigations across your operational stack.

Explore AI-assisted operations

Incident investigation

Correlate alerts, logs, metrics, and deployments into evidence-backed findings for engineer review.

Release and platform operations

Improve CI/CD reliability, Kubernetes operations, infrastructure automation, and rollback readiness.

Cost and operational ownership

Review cloud usage, rightsizing opportunities, recurring incidents, and accountable FinOps actions.

Across industries: SaaS and technology, retail and digital commerce, financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate.

Integrations depend on supported APIs and permissions. Model choices include OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and cloud-hosted alternatives.

Published AAIC work

Less theory.
More working systems.

Three examples of the work behind the outcome. Results are engagement-specific, not a promise for every deployment.

Work with us

The right team.
The right level of ownership.

AI, application, data, cloud, and quality engineers. Start with the capability you need and a clear definition of done.

01

Specialist engineers

Add hands-on capability to your team, backed by our wider AI and engineering practice.

02

Dedicated product pods

Bring a cross-functional team into a defined product or AI workstream, with technical leadership.

03

Owned delivery and operations

Agree the outcome, acceptance criteria, and support responsibilities. We manage the engineering work through delivery.

Scope the workflow. Validate with real users. Agree production acceptance and support ownership.

Before you start

Questions worth asking.

What we build, where we fit, and what happens after the demo.

What are Frontier AI Services for Enterprises?

Frontier AI Services for Enterprises combine advanced AI models with engineering, enterprise integration, and operational support. Applied AI Consulting scopes the workflow, connects the systems, builds and evaluates the agents, and establishes production ownership. Services 2.0 describes this combination of specialist teams and reusable software foundations.

Can you work with an existing AI proof of concept?

Yes. We assess the existing implementation, identify integration, evaluation, security, and operational gaps, and agree which parts to retain or change. A production plan includes acceptance criteria, rollout controls, monitoring, and an accountable owner.

Can AI workflows connect to Salesforce, HubSpot, and our existing systems?

Yes. We work on Salesforce and HubSpot configuration, customization, integrations, and workflow automation, alongside collaboration tools, document repositories, cloud platforms, and internal APIs. Integration scope depends on available APIs, permissions, data quality, and licensing.

What is the difference between GTAF and OpsRabbit?

GTAF is AAIC's Generative Task Automation Framework for orchestrating agentic AI workflows, enterprise integrations, approvals, and execution controls. OpsRabbit is AAIC's Operations Intelligence Platform, used for AI-assisted investigations and operational workflows. They support different needs and are used when appropriate, not required for every engagement.

Do you provide the engineers or just an AI platform?

We provide engineering and managed delivery services. Depending on the scope, the team can include AI, product, integration, cloud, DevOps, SRE, and quality engineers. GTAF and OpsRabbit support delivery; they do not replace accountable engineers or customer approval of production actions.

How do you govern AI actions and measure value?

We define permitted actions, approval boundaries, source access, evaluation cases, and audit requirements with your team. Measures can include task completion, exception rate, review effort, latency, and operating cost. Higher-risk actions require agreed human review rather than unrestricted autonomous execution.

How do we start, and how long does delivery take?

Start with a 20-minute AI Opportunity Session and one workflow that is manual, slow, expensive, or difficult to scale. We discuss the systems, users, constraints, and desired outcome. Delivery estimates follow scoping and access checks; a first working agent is not the same as a fully integrated production rollout.
